The MB1 Series mechanical brake is small, lightweight and powerful. With only two moving parts it offers trouble-free performance at a low cost. The MB1 features an aluminum alloy housing with hardened steel parts and will work on a 0.187' disc or 0.25' disc with the addition of an optional spacer. Adjustments are made by means of a set screw and jam nut and are required only three times during full lining life. Maximum recommended continuous lever force is 150 lbs. Maximum intermittent lever force is 200 lbs.
