FS220B Series
FS220B Series
(4)The FS220B ('B' Strength) Series of spring applied brakes require hydraulic pressure for disc release. Braking force is provided by a stack (or stacks) of Belleville spring washers, capable of storing enormous force. When presurized the force moves the piston(s) to compress the spring washer stack(s), releasing the disc. The FS220B Series features replaceable, high-grade friction material, aluminum die-cast construction and Zinc plated grade 8 bolts. Buna-N seals are standard. Maximum hydraulic pressure rating is 2000 PSI Non Shock. Minimum hydraulic pressure to release brake is 750 PSI.

FS220BI Series
(7)The FS220BI ('B' Strength) Series of spring applied brakes require hydraulic pressure for disc release. Braking force is provided by a stack (or stacks) of Belleville spring washers, capable of storing enormous force. When presurized the force moves the piston(s) to compress the spring washer stack(s), releasing the disc. The FS220IB Series features replaceable, high-grade friction material, cast ductile iron construction and Zinc plated grade 8 bolts. Buna-N seals are standard. Maximum hydraulic pressure rating is 2000 PSI Non Shock. Minimum hydraulic pressure to release brake is 750 PSI (1000 PSI after compensation).

FS220C Series
FS220C Series
(4)The FS220C ('C' Strength) Series of spring applied brakes require hydraulic pressure for disc release. Braking force is provided by a stack (or stacks) of Belleville spring washers, capable of storing enormous force. When presurized the force moves the piston(s) to compress the spring washer stack(s), releasing the disc. The FS220C Series features replaceable, high-grade friction material, aluminum die-cast construction and Zinc plated grade 8 bolts. Buna-N seals are standard. Maximum hydraulic pressure rating is 2000 PSI Non Shock. Minimum hydraulic pressure to release brake is 1500 PSI.

(3)Double-acting
The FS595 Series of double-acting spring applied brakes require hydraulic pressure for disc release. Braking force is provided by a stack (or stacks) of Belleville spring washers, capable of storing enormous force. When presurized the force moves the piston(s) to compress the spring washer stack(s), releasing the disc. The FS595 Series features replaceable, high-grade friction material, cast ductile iron construction and cadmium plated grade 8 bolts. Buna-N seals are standard. Maximum hydraulic pressure rating is 2000 PSI Non Shock. Minimum hydraulic pressure to release brake is 1400 PSI. -

(2)Dual Double-acting
The FS595 Series of dual double-acting spring applied brakes require hydraulic pressure for disc release.
